2.) I received a lot of positive feedback with my idea, the only things I found out that I need to work on is gaining the proper name of my app and a way to properly advertise this app.
3.) What I changed after the feedback was very minimal actually. I found that my app is on the right track just little things like advertising and marketing the app just need some minor adjustments to be on the right way to success.
Hey Patrick! Your elevator pitch was pretty good! Next time, I would definitely put the camera at eye level, because it looks a little weird being so far beneath you. I would also dress up in a suit or at least a nice shirt so that you look more professional! I think both of these things would help you speak with more confidence, leading to an even better elevator pitch. ReplyDeleteDear Patrick,
ReplyDeleteYou're idea is on the spot in achieving a market that is under-served, and your utilization of new technology only accentuates the appeal. However, as a prior member of the speech and debate team here at UF, I can tell you that you could use some proper speech training. I'm more that sure you are a brilliant person and probably smarter than a lot of your peers, but if you seem bored and lethargic in your speeches, you will lose credibility. I propose that you speak from an inner confidence! speak as if you really know this stuff, and let people react after the fact! I know that you have it within you to give a great pitch and stun us all, so get to practicing! Check out my blog: http://camivilla10.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-2.html
